If I’m being honest, I’ve been slacking on IG, because I’ve been going it. • No need to get into details now, but let’s just say some major life decisions need making, & some other (seemingly trivial) decisions from my past are catching up. • I’ve learned over the years that I need my ‘’mourning periods” - a day or 2 where I do nothing really of significance. • As someone who NEEDS to feel productive every day, I always felt such guilt for taking a break, or slowing down the #hustle... • But now I’ve come to realize it’s a part of my process for getting back on track. • What do you do on those days when everything seems to come at you at once? How do you recoup?
